So there was this free booth at the Bees game. Throw a ball into a hole, and you win a miniature bat (and who doesn't need that?). Who tried it? David, Blake, Michelle, Luis, and I. Who's holding the bat? Me. Yes, you may refer to me as Amazing Ashley.

Pyramid Park

Do you remember how much fun pyramid park was when we were kids. We used to BEG mom to take us. Tag was the best as we climbed up the sides of the pyramids. I say pyramids because I thought there were 2 or 3. I turns out there is only 1 and there has always been just 1. This is Lu's first adventure at the park.

Birthday Surprises

I've never thrown a birthday party before -

especially not a secret one,

but I must say, we had a lot of fun.

It started off with a pinata.

We let the little tykes go first, of course.

Lu went first out of the big kids.

Dennis went and then...

...the pinata was toast

so all the kids jumped right in.

Naturally, Dave put the remaining pinata piece on his head.


And then Blake pushed Alan on a swing.

Next, it was off to the pool.
